Special Operations Symposium Exhibitor Registration

 


After the immense success of last spring's High-Rise Operations
Symposium, the FDNY has announced that it will hold a second Symposium
on March 15th and 16th, 2010. The two days will focus on procedures of
the FDNY's Special Operation Forces:



  • Hazardous Materials Operations

  • Rescue Company Procedures

  • Safety Command Guidelines

  • Marine Company Operations

  • Anti-Terrorist Command Procedures


With the success of last year's event and the exciting, timely topics that will be featured this year, we are already getting a number of registrations and will probably sell out quickly.  We are limiting the number of Exhibitor tables which will offer an intimate environment for you to interact with the attendees.


The cost for a vendor ‘Exhibitor Table’ for this Special Operations Symposium is $2,500. THIS LEVEL OF SPONSORSHIP IS NOW SOLD OUT.



For this Symposium, we are also offering our new "Chief Sponsorship" opportunities:

All of these Chief Sponsors will receive recognition on the FDNY
Foundation’s webpage, on advertising and signage for the Symposium
before, during, and after the event, as well as from the podium during
the Symposium.


 


Specific details and benefits being a Chief Sponsor are:
 
$5,000 Chief Sponsor Opportunities
Transportation: Sponsor will provide transportation for vendors and
attendees to and from the selected Manhattan hotel and the Symposium
site, and the Fire Training Academy at Randall’s Island. Signage for
transportation will post name of sponsor on bus and in hotel lobby.  An Exhibiter’s Table will also be provided with the other exhibitors. SOLD

Breakfast: Sponsor will provide breakfast for attendees and vendors for
two days. Banners promoting the sponsor will be displayed at each coffee
station, and sponsor will have an Exhibitor’s Table at one station.  SOLD

Lunch: In exchange for providing lunch for two days, the Sponsor will
be promoted through a banner and an exclusive Exhibitor’s Table in the Field House, where lunch is served. SOLD

Gift Bags: Sponsor will have logo on outside of bag. An Exhibitor’s Table will also be provided with the other exhibitors. SOLD

Reference Manual: For underwriting this critical reference manual, Sponsoring Company will be mentioned on “Foreword” page in each Reference Manual, which is distributed to every Attendee. A prominent Exhibitor’s Table will also be provided.
